Commissioning and Ministry Licensing is the first step towards Ordination if you are new in the ministry. It is a probationary period where the individual is at a level of learning Christian principles and competently putting them into practice thereby developing the new nature given by God through salvation under the guidance of an administrative overseer. (Basic Christian conduct: Romans 12:9-21)
Ministry Ordination is the next step and is the acknowledgment and validation of the inward work of God evidenced in the outer man and demonstrated by a mature Christian who has proven themselves to be accountable, responsible, reliable, of moral integrity, honesty, honor, and a person of excellence showing forth the character of Christ. (The Fruit of the Spirit – Galatians 5:22, 23)
If you complete our One Month Orientation PLUS 9-Month Apostolic IMPACT Program (AIP), which is a time to be "Set Apart", upon completion we will recommend you for commissioning and/or ministry licensing leading to ordination with Kingdom of God Fellowship Church, Inc. Once you have totally completed the AIP specialty courses, paid your license fees, received your printed diploma and transcript, have worked consistently within the local church for at least 18 months or have completed our Associates Degree of Biblical Studies Program, you may then apply for Ordination. We will verify and personally recommend you for ministry licensing and ordination. It is the policy of the Licensing & Ordination Board, that men and women are licensed for a term of two (2) years (bi-annual renewal required) before consideration of ordination. Upon ordination, annual renewal is required to remain in good standing and to ensure that men and women are walking according to the Word of God and in right standing with both man and God.
